The Red Devils have endured a tumultuous 2021-22 campaign, but the Portuguese striker still believes they can finish it off.
Cristiano Ronaldo has shed tears over his Manchester United team-mates, insisting they can still finish in fourth place but must "fight until our last breath!".
Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford last summer, 13 years after his first move to Real Madrid, when United paid £ 20 million ($ 26m) to re-sign the Juventus striker.

The 37-year-old has been a major source of goals for the Red Devils, but in the end he has not been able to promote them in any silverware and the Champions League qualification looks set to get out of hand in the final weeks of 2021-22.
What?
Ralf Rangnick's side sit seventh in the Premier League with 51 points, three points behind fourth-placed Tottenham with just eight games to go.
United, however, are no longer playing in any of the cup competitions, which means they can focus on all their efforts to close the gap in the Champions League, and Ronaldo is still optimistic about his chances.
After being named the March Club Player of the Month, the Portuguese star wrote on Instagram: “Individual achievements are welcome, but very important when linked to winning together.
“There are a lot of things we still have to fight for until the end of the season and we will never stop achieving the goals we can achieve.
Ronaldo's contribution since returning to United:
Ronaldo, who has signed a two-year contract with an option to extend for a year on his return to United, has played 33 games in all competitions so far.
The former Real Madrid striker has 18 goals in his name, including an amazing hat-trick while playing for Tottenham, and has also recorded three assistants.
Ronaldo missed the Red Devils' first game after the international break against Leicester City due to illness, but could return to Rangnick's squad for a crucial trip to Everton on Saturday.
