Ralf Rangnick has confirmed that the Portuguese striker has returned to training and is back in action for Saturday's game.
Manchester United's interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo is still out of action when he plays for Arsenal in the Premier League.
The 37-year-old missed out on the Red Devils 4-0 against Liverpool following the tragic death of his son.
After confirming that he has returned home with teammate Georgina Rodriguez, Ronaldo has returned to training on Thursday and Rangnick has confirmed he is in with a chance to play with the Gunners.
What did Rangnick say about Ronaldo?
The German midfielder told reporters: "Ronaldo has been recovered, he has been training with us now.
Regarding the health of Scott McTominay, Raphael Varane and Paul Pogba, Rangnick added: "Scott McTominay will be back and ready to play, he will be available tomorrow.
"Everyone else is still injured and it is clear from Paul Pogba that as it looks like after yesterday's test he is unlikely to play until the end of the season.
"The doctor told me it would take at least four weeks and since the last game is at the end of May, I don't think they have a good chance of playing."
Will Ronaldo play for Arsenal?
It looks like Ronaldo will face Arsenal in Saturday's Premier League match at the Emirates Stadium, which starts at 12:30 BST.
Ronaldo to confirm that he, and his colleague Rodriguez, had returned home from the hospital, along with their newborn daughter.
