Ideal life is incomplete without full physical fitness. Live a healthy, dignified and successful life. Physical fitness is measured in terms of physical, mental, emotional and social. No aspect can be overlooked. Physical fitness covers all aspects of life.
What is Physical Fitness?
The Definition of Physical Fitness, “The ability to use an individual to perform as well as possible without feeling any fatigue or stress in a short period of time and yet still have the strength to do so. He was able to cope with the situation.
The condition that shows a person's ability to work is called physical fitness. Given the importance of physical fitness, it has been interpreted in every way. The importance and necessity of physical fitness has been evident in every age.
Importance of Physiology
Importance of Physiological Man is a dynamic creature. Worldly pleasures have progressed, but the human body has not undergone the desired changes.
Muscular & Skeletal Systems: Regular physical activity increases muscle volume, strength, endurance which is the ability required to work for a long period of time. With the increase in muscle volume, an individual can easily perform any task with full potential. The musculoskeletal system is responsible for physical activity, which in turn increases muscle strength, endurance, and physical performance. Regular exercise strengthens the muscles and makes them bigger in the gym. There are chemical changes in them and thus the exercising body is less prone to fatigue than the occasional exercising body.
Heart and circulatory system: The heart has to work harder during exercise which strengthens its muscles and increases its size. With every heartbeat, oxygenated transparent blood is pushed, thus providing better food to all parts of the body. The heart of an athlete can pump more blood than a normal person with one beat. Research done on the great marathon athlete Demar found that his heart pumps 22 liters of blood whereas the heart of a common man pumps only 1.2 liters of blood. Regular exercise aims to improve the cardiovascular system and increase endurance.
Lungs & Respiratory System:
Exercises increase lung function and increases the depth of breath. The pulse rate of an athlete is less than that of a normal person. According to estimate, the breathing rate of an athlete is 6 to 8 times per minute, while that of a person who works very hard is 12 to 15 times per minute. An athlete's heart beats slower than a normal person before exercise, but during exercise the athlete's or other person's heart rate increases at the same rate. Breathing or breathing more often causes shortness of breath during a very strenuous activity or exercise and feels relaxed if the exercise is continued.
Digestive & Excretory System: Exercise Digestive & Excretory System Exercise keeps digestive and excretory system in good condition. Stomach and intestinal muscles prepare nerves for better performance.

Does not allow unwanted fat to accumulate. Obesity leads to younger age. People who are over 25% fat - 15% above normal threshold increase mortality rate by 30%.

Students generally focus on highlighting their mental abilities and neglect physical exercise, although full personality is another name for mental and physical abilities.
Psychological Importance: Psychological Importance Physical exercise is not a weight-bearing burden, but regular recreational exercise relieves mental fatigue that is manifested by the external environment, such as daily routines or teaching and learning responsibilities, relationships, etc. But exercise relieves stress and awakens the urge to deal with stress.
